	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Liked the whole series of books of these books Juliet is coming to her fiance Charles family after his death, as was his wish(you will hear more about Charles at the very end of this book,(but that's another story that you will also enjoy). Juliet's stage coach is attacked by a trio of bandits and a drunken Gareth arrives on horse back in the middle of it.While racing with friends through the countryside, he charges to the rescue, and is shot for his trouble. Juliet then comes to his rescue, keeping a cool head and getting him home, telling him that he is her babies Uncle. Gareth has a good heart but he is an irresponsible rogue, she is practical and responsible all the things Gareth isn't. And the match making, managing, gruff head of the family, 'Lucien', see's the possibilities of settling his brother down and sets about in his gruff and unorthodox way to bring them together. Stirring up Gareth's protective instincts to start off. I loved Lucien throughout this series of books, his managing of all his family, against their will, trying to bring them happiness in his own loving but tyrannical way and in the end they all get him back! You can't go wrong in any of the books in this series. I liked them all some more than others and they were all worth the purchase.
