Ease of Operation
To transfer songs to the Sansa, simply connect the device to your PC via the included USB 2.0 cable. The device will appear as a drive in the Windows Explorer. Rating : - It's a good player for the $$$ - Freeze issue is not what most think it is
It is a good player and the FM radio is a nice touch. The player is easy to use and I really have no complaints.

The "FREEZE" issue is this: If the battery gets low, the unit tends to shut itself off when you try to power up and it freezes - or looks forzen. What you do is just let it sit overnight and the power runs down all the way. Then you can recharge and all is well.

Is this annoying? YES - but keeping the player charged stops that anyway.
