I wear the headset for at least 8 hours a day and it is very comfortable, (why is this important? - I am bald). The microphone does a very good job of picking up your voice and not your breathing. I like the selector on the left side that allows you to match the headset to thre phone system to eliminate "hum" in the earphone. The ability to amplify your voice with this device was important to me as I am a quiet speaker. Of equal value is the simple adjustment to amplify the sound in the earpiece.
