	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - Powerhorse of a pump This pump works amazing with my 18'X48" metal frame pool. The 1500GPH one that came with the pool was useless and algae and sediment were constantly cycling through the filter no matter how often it was rinsed or changed. Once this pump was hooked up, we saw a huge difference in the pool clarity overnight! No more green, cloudy water or layer of sediment on the bottom like I'd been struggling with for months using the stock pump. Installation took more like an hour for us, not the 5 minutes some have mentioned. You really do need to use the hoses, plungers and nozzel that come with this pump. We 1st tried to just connect the pump up to our existing stuff and found that the hoses crimped and the nozzle just blew off because of the increased power. And, if you have a helper, it is possible to change the strainer and nozzle attachments without draining your pool down. Just work fast and be prepared to get wet! The only thing that I don't like, is that I also had a very hard time getting out that trapped air bubble like Jamie said in another review.
