	Customer Reviews: Average Rating: Rating : - THIS IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW!! I have been using this unit for over a year. My daughter has cystic fibrosis which causes significant lung issues. It says the filter never has to be replaced, just vacuumed. I have been doing that, but only the pre filter was clogged with dust, and allot of it. The large barrel hepa filter on the top was always white and never dusty. I decided to unscrew some screws on the bottom under the rubber feet to investigate. The instructions are sparse and do not tell you how to get the unit apart for easy cleaning. I found a large ring of packing styrofoam blocking any air from getting to the hepa filter, so the small carbon pre filter was the only one doing the job. The unit comes pre-assembled, so you would not know this unless you took it apart. It is not hard to take apart, BUT THIS HAS TO BE DONE OR IT WONT FILTER PROPERLY! THE STYROFOAM HAS TO BE BROKEN INTO PIECES AND YOU WILL SCRAPE YOUR HAND UP GETTING IT OUT IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL.
