My son struggles with aniexty and stress. He is much better now due to books like this that help him put perspective on everyday life. Although he is feeling better we still enjoy reading this series of books, they make looking at and handling stress and stressful situations humurous and acceptable. It shows the children that it's okay to be stressed but here's how to handle it and here's what it's doing to you. I highly recommend the entire series.
