3M Medipore Dress-It Soft Cloth Pre-Cut Dressing Covers The 3M Medipore Dress-It Soft Cloth Pre-Cut Dressing Covers are Latex-free, hypoallergenic Soft Cloth tape products that offer excellent adhesion yet are gentle to reduce risk of skin irritation. Available in five pre-cut sizes to suit a variety of applications. 3M Medipore Dress-It covers are made of a soft highly conformable non-woven polyester. They are comfortable, porous and breathable and stretch to accommodate swelling and movement. They are easy to handle, with or without gloves, without curling edges, or sticking to itself. Medipore dressing covers are particularly useful for securing wound dressings, and repeated applications where preservation of "at risk" skin is critical. 3M Medipore Product Benefits: Easy-tear off pads. Gentle, breathable to maintain skin integrity. Latex-free and hypoallergenic for sensitive patients. Excellent cross and diagonal stretch to accommodate moderate swelling or movement. Easy to handle - no curling or self-adhesion. Apply with or without gloves. No paper liner for more economical and efficient use. 3M Medipore Product Applications: Securing dressings to fragile skin. When repeated taping is needed. Anchoring post-surgical dressings. Used as retentive sheeting over gauze.
